Putting clients first is my first and foremost priority. This has been a key part of my business ethics. I have 20 years of real estate experience in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. Having lived in the Colorado Springs area since 1967 I have experienced and seen much of the growth. I feel that this has given me great insight into the communites both large and small. 85% of my business comes from personal referrals and repeat customers. My philosophy has always been to keep myself accessible, be a good listener as well as a good communicator, and respond quickly to my clients needs.
